How quickly can a nanny be placed with a family?

A Nanny can typically be placed with a family in as little as 3-7 days, depending on some factors:

Faster Placement:
- Family is flexible with schedule, experience level, preferences
- Family completes their Intake Form and interview quickly
- Family opts in our Backup Care Packages

Longer Placement:
- Family needs specialized care (newborn, special needs, night nanny, bilingual, etc)
- Seeking care during high volume of inquiries (holidays or school breaks)

how do i request a last minute babysitter?

do families get to pick from all the nanny’s?

Yes! Here’s how it works.
1. Pre-screen and offer potential matches - based on your needs, we will show you a curated list of Nanny’s that match you schedule, preferences, budget.

2. You interview and choose - you’ll have the chance to interview, ask questions, and get to know their personalities before making your decision.

3. We support the process - our goal is a great match, not just a fast one. If none feel right, we’ll continue working with you!

We’re proudly based in Washington State currently serving families in Snohomish county, King County, and Skagit County. Looking for care outside of these areas? Contact us - we’re looking to expand!

What happens if my nanny calls out?

1. Immediate Notification - If your Nanny calls out, we notify you right away and begin the replacement process

2. Backup Care Kicks In - If you’re enrolled in our 24/7 Backup Care Program or on-call coverage, we'll dispatch a qualified, pre-vetted Nanny or babysitter to step in.

what is the 90 day test period?

This is a 90 day trial period for families to work with multiple Nanny’s to find their right fit! It includes full support and coverage for 90 days, regular check-ins, and access to our back-up care. We offer this because hiring a Nanny is a big decision and we want you to feel confident! This trail period gives both sides time to adjust, communicate, and build a strong foundation.

do i need to complete a 90 test period before picking a full service?

No, you do not. If you’re willing to dive in with Nanny right away, we can support that! However, once you start a 90 day period, we do ask you complete the 90 days first before moving into a full program.

How does a family request a different nanny?

We want every placement to feel like the perfect fit. If something isn’t working, we make it easy to request a change - no stress or judgement.

1. Contact us - phone or email and let us know you’d like to switch Nannies. Please note what isn’t working for you.
2. We listen and learn - Our team contacts you to learn more about what isn’t working so we can reassess for future matches.
3. Quick rematch process - We’ll start looking right away and send you a new round of pre-screened Nanny’s.
4. Backup care - if you’re part of our Backup Care Program, we’ll send an on-call Nanny to help in the meantime so you’re not left without care.
